By enrolling, you agree that you have read and accept our Terms and Conditions, as well as the following terms.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of enrollment. In the event that a payment plan is available and you choose a payment plan, you are obliged to make payments as set forth in the scheduled payment plan. If you do not may payments on time, we have the right to cancel the payment plan and request the remaining payments be paid in full within 10 days of delivering the request for full payment. In the event the full payment is not made within 10 days, we have the right to terminate the contract. In this event, you are still obliged to pay the remaining payments, regardless of the terminated contract.
Technical Requirements
You must meet the minimum requirements for participating in the course, including a stable internet connection, current browser version, speakers, and microphone. All such hardware and software must be tested before the course or any of its parts begin. Failure to meet the technical requirements for which you are responsible does not release you from the contractual obligation for payment. If you do not report any technical problems during course activities and no such notifications are evident in recordings, your participation shall be considered to have taken place.
Delays, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any scheduled event for the absence of the instructor, force majure, or other unforeseeable events. You shall be informed of the cancellation as soon as practicable in writing or via e-mail, and we shall schedule a substitute event. For this reason, fees already paid shall not be refunded.
Withdrawal and Refunds
You have the right to withdraw from the course within fourteen (14) days of the date you enroll in the course. To withdraw, you must inform us with a clear statement sent by e-mail to: [email protected]. In the event that you withdraw, We shall refund you all course fees no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your notice of withdrawal.
